Becoming a Vendor
To become a vendor at the Sturbridge Farmers Market, all vendors must apply online.
Please note ALL vendors must provide proof of insurance to the Sturbridge Farmers Market (specific requirements are listed in the online application). Please email the requested documents to the committee at sturbridgefarmersmkt@gmail.com.

2026 Season Application - OPEN
This form is for vendors who wish to participate in the 2026 Sturbridge Farmers Market. The Sturbridge Farmers Market will review each application and decisions will be determined by the end of March 2026. If you have any questions about the application process, please contact sturbridgefarmersmkt@gmail.com.
The application will be open from December 15th - February 28th. We reserve the right to re-open the application at any time, however preference will be given to those who complete the application process by February 28th.
Vendor Fees: $15 per market, per 10’x10’ space. This applies to all vendors including food trucks.
Once you submit this application, the Sturbridge Farmers Market will review all the applications following the close of the application period. Within one month you will hear a response from the Sturbridge Farmers Market regarding the 2026 season. Thank you and we hope to see you this summer in Sturbridge!
